Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not, you can return any item within our returns period which is 30 days from the date of receiving your delivery. This is provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. If an item is returned that is damaged, or missing parts it will not be eligible for a full refund. Please provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation) when returning an item.
How to return
Buyers are responsible for the postage or courier costs, and in order to ensure your parcel arrives back safely to us, we recommend that it is insured to guarantee your refund. We do not offer refunds for shipping.
Please contact customer services to start your return process at hello@dolly-doodles.com. To ensure your refund is processed quickly we kindly ask you to enclose a note with your order confirmation and email address.

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can take a few days after we receive your parcel back and it has been inspected. If you want to check that your order has been received, please use your tracking information to see the status of your delivery. For refunds please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to arrive back to your original method of payment.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift, the refund will automatically be processed to the person who paid for it. We do not offer gift vouchers.
