Delivery

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days. If you have ordered multiple items please note your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Please note all UK shipments are free of charge.

If you place an order on a Thursday or Friday please note the weekend days are not considered as working days when calculating when your delivery will arrive. This will also apply to Bank holidays. 

If you make an error with your delivery address please contact us via email at hello@dolly-doodles.com as soon as possible so that we can change the details for you during our operating hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Out of these hours please send us a direct message through Instagram. If we are unable to change your contact details, you should be able to do so through your tracking link which will be provided to you by an email. If you are unable to change your address details your parcel will continue its journey to the incorrect address that has been inputted.

Please do make sure that you are 100% happy with your shipping details before completing your purchase. We will only ship your order to the delivery address you have inputted. We cannot take responsibility if the information provided is not correct or is incomplete. 

In the event your parcel is refused by the recipient at that address or the address does not exist, your parcel will then be returned back to us. Once your parcel has arrived back we can then process a refund for you, as under these circumstances we cannot re-ship your order. Please note, this can take between 1-3 weeks to process.

If your parcel is accepted by the wrong recipient we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact us at hello@dolly-doodles.com and we will try our very best to assist you. We cannot guarantee we will be able to retrieve your parcel once it has been confirmed as delivered.
